§ 1. General provisions
- Check-in starts on the first day of stay from 16:00 and ends at 10:00 on the last day of stay. Off-season accommodation is provided at mutually agreed times.
- It is possible to stay in the cottages with pets only by prior arrangement – the pet fee is PLN 100 per stay. The owners are obliged to have an up-to-date vaccination book, to clean the waste and to take the animals for a walk outside the facility. Pet owners are fully responsible for their pets.
- Third parties may only visit the tenant by arrangement with the cottage host. The number of persons who will̨ use the facility is limited to that stated in the offer. In the event that the declared number of people using the Cottage and the area around the facility is exceeded, the Landlord reserves the right to immediately terminate the contract with all consequences without having to refund the previously paid fee.
- Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 7 a.m. Parties and listening to music outside the cottage are prohibited.
- Persons disturbing the peace and order of the cottages may be removed from the cottages without the right to any refund of fees previously paid or any compensation.
- The facility is not responsible for valuables and cash left in the cottages, so please take due care in locking windows and doors when leaving the cottage.
- In the event of losing the keys to the Cottage, the Landlords are obliged to pay a fee of PLN 100.
- Vehicles shall only be parked in designated parking spaces.
- Smoking and frying fish is strictly prohibited in the cottages. Each cottage is equipped with a heating goat, special care must be taken when using it. You must move all objects and furniture at least 80 cm away from the cooker. Special care must be taken when staying in the chalets with children. Children must be supervised by a supervisor at all times.
- It is forbidden to use one’s own electrical appliances, gas cylinders, to light a barbecue outside the designated area, to use pyrotechnics, lanterns, firecrackers, etc. in the cottages.
- The Landlord undertakes̨ to segregate rubbish into specially described bins. (glass, plastic, mixed waste)
- The stay of children and young people under 18 years of age in the facility is only allowed when accompanied by adults.
- The person renting the cottage is obliged to check the condition of the cottage equipment. Comments as to damagé, destructioń should be reported immediately to the Landlord. If the Landlord does not make any comments on such damage by the end of the day, i.e. by 10 p.m. after receiving the keys, it means that the Landlord has no objections to the entire unit and all equipment and furniture are iń good condition. The person renting, before leaving the centre, is obliged to account for the equipment in the cottage.
- A refundable deposit of PLN 500 / stay is charged upon check-in. Persons vandalizing equipment, furnishings, cottages and their surroundings will be held financially responsible for the damage caused.
- The rules and regulations apply to all guests of the cottages and others staying on the premises. Observance of the Rules by you and other guests will ensure a peaceful and safe stay. Making a reservation is tantamount to accepting the provisions of these Rules.
- The price of services provided by the Owner of the holiday cottages “Garczovka” does not include insurance. The services shall be used by the Lessee at their own risk. The Proprietor of “Garczovka” holiday cottages is not liable for injuries, damage and destruction of property (damage to health and property of third parties), also for theft of luggage, valuables, theft of cars left in the car park of the resort and during the entire stay.
§ 2. Booking conditions

The amount of thę̨ deposit referred to in pt. 1 must be paid́ within 24 hours to the owner’s account from the moment of notifying the reservation. Failure to make the payment within the aforementioned period will result in cancellation of the initial reservation.
Please writé in the title of the transfer:
- Name of the person making the booking,
- agreed date of stay,
- Name of the cottage: Domek Tutaj, Domek Wystarczy, Domek Chwila.
- At the moment of making a reservation (payment of a deposit of 30% of the total stay), the rental contract shall be deemed concluded.
- By making a reservation, the person making the reservation agrees̨ to the processing of their personal data solely for the purpose of making the reservation and fulfilling the obligation to register in accordance with the provisions of the Personal Data Protection Act of 29.08.1997. The person making the reservation shall have the right to inspect and update their personal data.
- Payment of the deposit by the Landlord shall mean that he accepts the rent regulations in question..
- The remainder of the amount for the stay shall be paid by the Lessee no later than 14 days before the arrival date to the same account as the deposit with the title – the remaining amount for the arrival “date of stay” or in cash by prior arrangement with the owners. In case of renting the cottage for a period shorter than 14 days – the payment of 100% of the rental amount is required.
- The condition for the release of the keys is that the entire amount of the stay has been credited.
- In the event of shortening the period of stay by the lessor, the amount for the unused period is not refunded.
- In the event of cancellation of the stay for reasons beyond the control of the Lessor, the deposit shall not be refunded.
- Changing the booking date by the Lessor is possible without losing the deposit (no later thaṅ 14 days from the planned booking) only upon agreement with the owner, taking into account vacancies.
- Cancellation of the reservation within a period shorter than 7 days before the commencement of the stay or during the stay shall entail loss of the amount paid for house rental.
- The contract concluded between the House Owner and the Lessee covers only the rental of the cottages. It does not include transport, catering or organisation of the stay.
- The rental price includes the tourist tax, unlimited use of the private jacuzzi belonging to the rented cottage, use of the sauna.
- If, as a result of a breach of the curfew from 10 pm to 7 am, the Landlord or the person responsible for the keys is compelled to make a justified intervention by calling the police, the Landlord is entitled to terminate the contract immediately and is not then obliged to refund the unused period of stay.
- The Landlord is obliged to paý particular attention̨ to the proper operation̨ of the water valves and electrical deviceś that are furnished in the property and to report any irregularities they notice.
- The Lessee is not entitled, without the prior written consent of the Owner of the facility, to maké any repairs or outlays or changes to the Cottage. The Lessor is obliged to immediately inform the Owner of the facility of the need to make any repairs or expenditures.
§ 2. Terms and conditions for the use of the Jacuzzi, Sauna and Fireplace

Final provisions
- The law applicable to disputes between the Owner and the Lessor shall be Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved amicably and, in the event of a disagreement, by the court having jurisdiction over the registered office of the Owner.
- Matters not covered by these terms and conditions shall be governed by the provisions of the Civil Code.
Annex nr 1
Terms and conditions for the use of the jacuzzi in Garczovka (Garcz)
§ 1. General provisions
The whirlpool bath is an integral part of the Garczovkai facility and the general rules of the facility as well as these rules apply here.
Before using the hot tub, users are obliged̨ to familiarise themselves with the content of these rules and regulations and to comply with them.
The whirlpool bath is only available to those renting the individual house.
Before taking a bath in the jacuzzi bath, you must wash́ your entire body in the shower with soap and warm water.
It is essential to remove your footwear before entering the bath.
The whirlpool bath can only be used́ by healthy persons or persons whose ailments do not present any contraindicationś.
The user is responsible for the health consequences of using the hot tub personally and at his/her own risk.
Children under 10 years of age may̨ in the hot tub only when accompanied by an adult and at their own risk.
§ 2. Contraindications to the use of the jacuzzi:
- cardiovascular dysfunctions,
- respiratory dysfunctions
- neurological and gastrointestinal dysfunctions,
- pregnancy (only after medical consultation),
- infectious diseases,
- externally visible dermatological conditions, dressings,
- hypertension,
- diabetes,
- allergy, chlorine allergy
- inflammations of the urinary tract,
- ringworm,
- epilepsy,
- varicose veins,
- chronic diseases,
- diseases of the genital organs.
§ 3. It is forbidden to:
- use the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol oŕ other intoxicants,
- use the jacuzzi in more than 4 persons
- bring any objects or chemical substances into the bathtub, e.g. shampoos, soap, oils, bath salts, etc.
- use the jacuzzi and eat́ food items at the same time
- immerse head and face
- indecent behavior, oŕ behavior that is socially considered indecent or offensive.
§ 3. Instructions for using the Jacuzzi:
- Entering/exiting the bathtub only at the marked place with extreme caution.
- priority is given to the person exiting the bathtub.
- no more thaṅ 4 people can stay in the bathtub at the same time.
- it is recommended̨ to stay in the bath max. 30min.
- bathing in the tub takes placę only in a sitting position.
- The Jacuzzi cover must always be put on when the tub is not in use to minimize heat loss. Before using the Jacuzzi, lift the cover and immediately cover the Jacuzzi when you have finished bathing.
- Despite the free use of the Jacuzzi, neglecting the obligation to cover it after use may lead to increased energy consumption. Please use the hot tub responsibly – any excessive consumption of resources identified by our hot tub monitoring systems may result in additional costs, which will be deducted from your deposit.
ATTENTION! PROLONGED STAY IN THE JACUZZI AND COMBINING WITH A STAY IN THE SAUNA CAN CAUSE OVERHEATING OF THE BODY SYMPTOMS ARE: CONVULSIONS, SUDDEN DROP IN BLOOD PRESSURE, DIZZINESS, FAINTING.
Appendix nr 2
Regulations for the use of the dry sauna in Garczovka (Garcz)
- The dry sauna is an integral part̨ of the facility and the provisions of the General Rules and Regulations of the facility and these Rules and Regulations apply therein.
- Acceptable coverings in the sauna are bath towels.
- Before entering the sauna, you must wash́ your body in the shower and wipe yourself̨ dry.
- In the dry sauna, use a towel to avoid direct body contact with the wooden surface and leave footwear in front of the sauna door.
- It is not allowed to use the sauna wearing earrings, jewelry, chains, watches, glasses and contact lenses.
- In the sauna there can be at the same time max. 6 people.
- While in the sauna, it is not allowed to lubricaté the body and face with any creams.
- Persons MUST NOT use the dry sauna:
– suffering from any skin ailments and other diseases according to the doctor’s contraindications (cold, flu, fever, ringworm, skin diseases, acute phase of rosacea, hypertension, varicose veins, ulcers, renal failure, lung diseases, asthma, venereal diseases, epilepsy, glaucoma, daltonism, heart diseases, acute and chronic diseases, thyroid, tumors, tumors, infectious outbreaks such as. toothache) and pregnant women,
– persons under the influence of alcohol or other intoxicants.
- The dry sauna MAY be used by persons.:
– With rheumatic diseases, joint diseases and after joint injuries,
– persons over 18 years of age, children accompanied by an adult.
- The permissible – for safety reasons – temperature for the body in a dry sauna, is 80°C.
- Entering the sauna twice for about 15 minutes is a sufficient treatment for the body. Staying longer is dangerous to your health.
- After each time you leave the sauna, you should wash̨ yourself́ and cooĺ under the shower. After the break and after the sauna, it is advisable to rest and replenish the level of fluids in the body.
- If you have any doubts about your health condition that allows you to use the sauna, you should consult as̨ doctor.
- The sauna may̨ only be used́ by people whose ailments do not constitutę contraindicationś to sauna use. The owners of the facility are not liablę for the health consequences of staying in the dry sauna.
Appendix nr 3
Rules and regulations for the use of a fire pit in a designated area in the Garczovka (Garcz)
- It is permitted to burn bonfires only in a designated and arranged for this purpose. Burning bonfires outside the designated place is prohibited.
- Persons organizing bonfires are obliged̨ to comply with fire safety rules set forth in relevant regulations, and in particular to use open fire only in the designated place.
- The campfire organizer is fully responsiblé for the safety of the participants and is responsible for the area.
- Children and youtḣ may̨ use the designated campfire area only in the presence of an adult guardian.
- The designated campfire area may bé temporarily excluded from use for safety or fire safety reasons.
- The bonfire organizer is obliged to extinguish́ the bonfire effectively after the event and leavé the place in good order.
- The bonfire organizer is obliged to cover the cost of any damage caused by the participants of the bonfire, especially to the property that constitutes the equipment of the bonfire site and its surroundings.
- It is forbidden̨ to throw waste and materials containing hazardous substances into the bonfire.
- The organization of a bonfire is allowed from 7:00 am to 10:00 pm – due to the silence of the night.
- Failure to comply̨ with the general regulations and the provisionś of these rules and regulations may result́ in particular in the intervention of the Police, the Municipal Police, as well as criminal liability̨.
